Australian Women Business Podcasts

I’ve always believed that in business and in life, collaboration trumps competition. When we share knowledge, exchange ideas, and support each other, we all grow together.

This belief has been reinforced countless times throughout my career as a small business consultant and even more so when I took the leap of faith, moved from Canada to the beautiful land Down Under, and threw myself into the vibrant and innovative world of Australian business.

The move was inspiring and challenging in equal measure. It opened my eyes to the tenacity, creativity, and ambition of Australian women in business—an entrepreneurial spirit that truly resonates with me and my journey.

And now, I’m thrilled to share this inspiration with you through the wonderful medium of podcasts.

My Journey into Podcasting

I’ve been listening to podcasts for years, and my love for the power of podcasts was further solidified when I launched my own show: The Angela Henderson Online Business Show (previously called Business and Life Conversations with Angela Henderson), in June 2018. In this show I focus on helping women in business/female entrepreneurs to make more money in a way that’s in alignment for them.

I’ve worked with 1000’s of women in business owners around the world and seen first-hand the challenges they face in growing their businesses. Whether it’s developing the right strategy, working on their mindset or creating lasting wealth, so I wanted to share my insights, knowledge and experience with you so you don’t have to do it alone and make the same mistakes.

Along with sharing my own business knowledge, I interview industry experts, successful entrepreneurs and thought leaders from around the world who will share their knowledge to ensure you have what you need to make more money.

The journey so far has been nothing short of exciting, rewarding, and transformative.

If you want to check that out, I’d be humbled….The Angela Henderson Online Business Show

Diving into the world of podcasting has not only allowed me to connect with my audience on a more personal and intimate level, but it has also opened doors to meet and collaborate with some truly inspiring Australian women in business. And trust me, there are a lot of them out there.

These Australian women are not just successful entrepreneurs; they are powerful voices, bringing to light invaluable insights and knowledge through their podcasts.

The impact podcasts have had on my own business and life journey has been huge, so I felt compelled to compile this list of the best podcasts for women in business and introduce you to some phenomenal women and their podcasts. After all, sharing is caring, and who knows, their insights might just be the turning point you need for your business.

Value of Podcasts and Limitations

Podcasts are an incredible resource for women in business, particularly solopreneurs and small business owners. They offer a wealth of knowledge, insights, and inspiration, often right from the comfort of our homes or offices.

They provide us with a sense of community, reminding us that we’re not alone in our entrepreneurial journey. We can learn from the experiences of others, their successes, and even their mistakes.

However, as valuable as these podcasts are, they do have their limitations. The advice and strategies shared are often general and may not apply to every business or situation.

Each business is unique, with its own set of challenges and opportunities. Therefore, while podcasts can provide a great starting point, they can’t replace personalised advice tailored to your specific business needs.

The Need for Professional Guidance

Running a business is complex. There are so many moving parts, and it’s not uncommon to feel stuck or overwhelmed.

Whether it’s managing finances, developing a marketing strategy, dealing with staffing issues, or navigating the digital landscape, the challenges can sometimes feel insurmountable.

That’s why it’s crucial to recognise when you need help. There’s no shame in seeking guidance. In fact, it’s a sign of strength and wisdom.

Professional business coaching can provide the personalised advice and support you need to navigate your business journey. A good coach can help you clarify your vision, set strategic goals, develop effective systems, and build confidence.

Remember, even the most successful entrepreneurs have sought help along their journey. So, don’t hesitate to reach out for professional guidance when you need it. After all, we’re all in this together, and together, we can achieve great things.

Where to From Here

The best podcasts for women in business, like the ones I’ve shared, are invaluable resources. They offer a wealth of knowledge, inspiration, and a sense of community.

However, while these podcasts provide a great starting point, they can’t replace the personalised advice and guidance that are often needed to truly grow a business.

Running a business is a complex journey, and it’s okay to seek help when you need it. In fact, it’s a sign of strength and wisdom. Professional guidance can provide the tailored advice and support you need to navigate your business journey and take it to the next level.

So, where to from here? I encourage you to reach out, seek the help you need, and continue to learn and grow. And while you’re at it, why not add another podcast to your list? I invite you to listen to The Angela Henderson Business Show.

I engage in rich conversations with entrepreneurs and business owners from all stages of business. We discuss everything from top business strategies, failures, and successes to finances, fears, mental health, and more.

Through these conversations, I aim to help you feel part of a community and get the support you need to grow in both business and life.

Let’s continue this journey together!

Have an awesome day,

Ange
